Everything about Rick's work was beautiful. He remodeled my kitchen and bathroom, added recessed lighting throughout my house. He had the most up to date ideas which was so helpful to me and just knew what would look perfect. He completed the work as scheduled, at the agreed contract price, left everything spotless, he was always on time and he was very professional and polite.
I took several bids on this job and his price was very competitive. Most of the other contractors spent no more than 10 minutes going over the various projects. Rick took more than an hour going over every item in detail and he gave me options which I was not aware of.
I left my house key with him and had absolutely no problems and I would recommend him highly to anyone and I will call upon his services in the future.

Richard recently completed a family room remodel that included a complete remodel of a fireplace, installing a flat screen TV bracket with custom built in speakers, and painting. His work was very meticulous, on budget, and cleaned up very well at the end of each day. He was also very accommodating to late minute tweaks to the plan. I will call Richard again for future remodel projects.
Richard (Bay Area Repairs) has worked for us several times over the years. Bathroom remodel, tile floors, building a laundry room (actually an addition) skylights, electrical etc. He is on time, works neatly and always does an excellent job. We will continue to use his services because we always have the perfect end result

He has a lot of ideas and by incorporating some of these to the design, we were able to achieve the look we're after and minimize the cost as well.
I highly recommend Rick's work and I would hire him again in the future.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBay Area Repairs has remodeled our bathroom, kitchen, and removed the acoustic ceiling throughout our entire house and replaced all the doors. His work was timely and he took great care to protect all our property.
He had total access to our house and cleaned up prior to leaving for the day. I have had several other contractors bid on the job and his price was very competitive. When he came and gave us the estimate, he spent quite a bit of time going over several different options available to us which we were unaware of and that was the main reason we hired him to do the work.
The final cost did exceed the estimate but that was due to the extra work we authorized. We are very pleased with the final project and price.

Richard Gamache (Bay Area Repairs) is a very dedicated and skilled contractor, capable to handle and coordinate complex work of house remodeling.
He has a good eye for detail, he is attentive, receptive, and patient.
He delivered a perfect job for us in a tight deadline and most importantly, within the agreed budget.
Our project consisted in the following work:
- exterior/interior house paint
- exterior/interior doors
- exterior/interior electrical work
- front/backyard landscape
- fireplace brick/mill work
- kitchen/bathroom remodeling
- and more
I would hire Richard again without any hesitation.

He is very punctual and leaves the workplace clean on a daily basis. I had no problem giving him the key to my house and access to my house while I was at work.

recently Bay Area Repairs painted my entire house, inside and out. Once again, his work was perfect, cost effective, and well worth it. He always does a great job, cleans before leaving and not a drop of paint anywhere. We are very pleased and amazed. Susan
