| Having 35 years experience in the construction trades and working with homeowners on their remodeling projects, we have unmatched knowledge of the remodeling process and we are able to help you with your design details, the types of materials used and the cost associated with your project. We provide a FREE in-home Estimate during which time we will answer all of your questions and spend the time necessary to ensure that we have all the information, (measurements, material specifications etc.) which will allow us to generate anaccurate written estimate. Your estimate will include all labor costs, material and disposal fees, and permit fees (if required). You will also be given a possible start and completion date as well as a disclosure of the warranty for your project. |

It is our hope that between the initial house visit and the written estimate, you will see that we are professional in every detail. Should you then decide to have us complete your project, you will receive a copy of a "Dratf Contract" which spells out all the various aspects discussed in the estimate. Once you review and approve the Terms and Conditions, we shall sign a final Contract and your job will then be scheduled.
